Business Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Wonder Meats is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to become the face of our marketing department.
With a passion for both business and marketing, you will be the bridge between our sales team and the internal workings of the company. The Internal Sales & Marketing Associate will work directly with many departments to fulfill personalized requests, including but not limited to creating sales materials, making spec sheets, inputting item codes, designing product labels & packaging, assembling sales presentations, designing basic web graphics and more. You will be fully responsible for pushing the marketing department forward through campaigns, advertisements, and promotions, ultimately finding ways to grow the business from the inside out. This ideal candidate for this position is an entry to mid-level individual who wants to take the bull by the horns and become fully immersed in all things business, marketing, design, and sales in a competitive market.

Support sales team with product resources, marketing materials, special requests, etc.
Monitor & update the company CRM system (via Zoho CRM) by working with the sales team to ensure accurate information through organizing contact lists and separating leads vs. customers
Plan, design & execute marketing campaigns (via Mailchimp) through email blasts, landing pages, and surveys to both internal and external audiences
Continually update the Marketing SharePoint folder with POS flyers, presentations, images, spec sheets, forms and more, making sure to keep files organized for easy access for peers
Make product spec sheets with product photos, item codes, nutrition facts, etc. by editing templatized forms (via Adobe Acrobat Pro DC)
Create & print private labels with consideration of USDA labeling guidelines
Brainstorm & build mockups for new packaging designs for both wholesale and retail
Create item codes in Microsoft Nav and Parity Factory
Keep all websites up to date with current information, new products, promotions, etc.
Brainstorm promotional items for internal and external use, such as T-shirts, pens, notepads, etc., and find price quotes from multiple vendors
Manage social media scheduling for Instagram and Facebook, creating campaigns and ways to improve engagement & performance

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Proven experience with the Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Demonstrated experience with marketing campaigns including email blasts, landing pages, forms, contact lists, audiences, etc.
Basic knowledge of design methodologies & branding with an innate eye for design
Experience with Squarespace for editing website templates is a plus but not required
Video Editing & Animation are a plus but not required
